Refund policy

Our hope is that you'll love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free. Returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/ unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged please email HeartsofPraiseCollection@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $7 handling fee on all refunds, while exchanges are free.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
